Completion: Final delivery of the written optimization packet opens the seven calendar day revision request window. The project closes when the included revision is delivered, or when that window expires without a valid request.

Before work begins
Cancel before work begins for a full refund. A full refund also applies when TCS declines the order or cannot confirm capacity.
After work begins
Completed customized work is not refundable solely because of a change of mind. If TCS cannot complete the service, unperformed TCS work is refunded under the Refund and Revision Policy.
Delivery and access
Final downloadable files remain available for 30 calendar days after final delivery. Working files become eligible for deletion 90 calendar days after project closure. Deletion is manual and subject to applicable holds; eligibility does not mean automatic or immediate deletion. Keep your own copies. TCS does not promise permanent file storage.
